Bush on US Compassion

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

This week President Bush will leave to Europe to meet with the leaders of the worlds industrialized nations. Unlike previous meetings which were dominantly on Iraq, this year the group will discuss international problems. Bush will be stressing the more compassionate side of US foreign poliicy. For example, the US plans on tightening existing econmic sanctions against Sudan, and giving the government additional ones to stop the maddness in Darfur. His next topic he wants to cover was global warming. The idea Bush has is to bring in countries like India and China and other fast growing countries to negotiate and set goals on energy security, reducing air pollution, and cut down greenhouse gases for the next 10-20 years.
