New Cold War?

It is known that Iran and the US have been having trouble to on finding common ground with the US in Iraq. Now as of recent, some are beginning to foreshadow the fact that the US and Iran are in the mix of slowly building up their tensions to create Cold War. The US has been claiming that Iran has been trying to destabilise their military presence in Iraq; while Iran has been claim the Bush administration trying to format a "velvet" revolution" in Iran.
